Most consultants hand you a presentation. We hand you a document you can act on — annotated, referenced, and specific to your business. You should be able to hand it to any supplier and say "build this".

If you commission a build with us within six months, the £795 is credited in full. If you use another supplier, you still have the roadmap. We're comfortable with that.

What if the assessment finds nothing worth building?

We'll tell you. An honest assessment that saves you £20,000 on a pointless build is worth more than one engineered to justify our services. This does happen — not often, but it happens. You still get the written findings and the report.

How is the £795 credited?

In full, against any build commissioned within six months of the assessment readout. If the build is £5,000, you pay £4,205. There's no partial credit — it's all or nothing, because we'd rather you build with us than feel like you partially paid twice.

Who should be in the discovery session?

The business owner, plus whoever runs the operations we're likely to examine. Usually two to four people. Bigger isn't better — we want the people who actually know how things work, not a full team meeting.

Do we need to be technically ready?

No. We've assessed businesses running entirely on spreadsheets and email. We've assessed businesses with complex integrated systems. The assessment works either way — it's designed to meet you where you are, not where you think you should be.

Should I book the standard or plus assessment?

If you operate across multiple sites or departments, or if you're in a regulated industry, book the Assessment Plus (£1,950+). If you're a single-site business, the standard assessment is the right starting point. If you're not sure, book a free 20-minute call first.

How long does it take?

Seven to ten business days from discovery session to written report. The readout is usually scheduled within two or three days of the report being delivered. Most clients have a clear plan of action within two weeks of booking.
